Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our wines and delivery process.
Where does The Prisoner Wine Company ship?
We currently ship to most U.S. states where law permits. Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time.
Does someone need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all wine deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.
What is your return policy for wine?
We stand behind the quality of our wines. If your bottle is damaged during transit or is corked, please contact our guest services within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress via UPS or FedEx.
Can I visit the winery for a tasting?
Absolutely. Our tasting room is located in St. Helena, CA. We recommend booking a reservation in advance through our website to ensure availability.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
To maintain quality, store your bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally around 55°F (13°C), and keep them laying on their side.
